• App Usage: Saved bhajans, daily aarti notification preferences, and playback history.
• Device Analytics: IP address, device model, and OS version for audio streaming optimization.

2. How We Use Information (उपयोग के उद्देश्य)

Data is utilized strictly for spiritual enablement and seamless platform operations:

• Streaming authentic daily aartis and Vedic pravachans.
• Sending tithi, panchang, and festival reminders (Ekadashi, Shivaratri, Janmashtami).
• Coordinating devotee sankalps at Haridwar, Kashi, and Vrindavan temple trusts.
• Improving application stability, audio quality, and eliminating software errors.

We NEVER sell, monetize, rent, or trade your personal details, listening habits, or prayer requests to any third-party commercial brokers or advertisers. All transmissions are protected with industry-standard 256-bit encryption.

4. Mobile App Permissions (एप्लिकेशन अनुमतियाँ)

Optional permissions requested by the Gyan Ganga mobile app include:

• Notifications: For morning/evening aarti alerts and daily sacred quotes.
• Storage / Media: For downloading devotional wallpapers and offline bhajans.
• Internet: To stream live sanctum darshans and audio stotras.

5. Devotee Rights & Account Deletion (डेटा हटाने का अधिकार)

You have the absolute right to view, update, or permanently delete your devotee registration and prayer history. To initiate account or data deletion, simply send an email to seva@gyanganga.org. Requests are executed within 48 business hours.
